Sasquatch Heat Pumps is a Canadian HVAC manufacturer managing a busy field service operation across multiple departments. Their whole business ran through ServiceTitan, but ServiceTitan alone wasn’t giving them what they needed. The CEO and Services Director could see transactions happening, but they couldn’t easily see how the business was actually performing. There was no way to look across departments and get a clear, consistent read on things. Every time leadership needed answers, someone had to go digging.

We pulled the data out of ServiceTitan and built a proper reporting setup around it, so leadership could see what was happening across the business without having to chase it down.
Connected ServiceTitan to Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks to get the data moving automatically Built department-level dashboards in Power BI so each team could track what mattered to them Leadership now had one place to go for a consistent view across the whole operation
Beyond the dashboards, the field service team had a different kind of need — they needed quick answers while they were out on jobs, not a report they had to sit down and read.
