Tetra Pak runs large, complex manufacturing operations out of Singapore. Over time, they had ended up with multiple reporting systems running alongside each other, each one built for a different purpose, each one needing its own upkeep. Getting a clear picture of the business meant jumping between tools, and keeping all of it maintained was eating into the team’s time.
