Introduction:

In today’s healthcare landscape, effective communication and streamlined care coordination are crucial for delivering quality patient care. The Challenge: Our project aimed to develop a patient engagement platform designed to enhance communication and care coordination between patients, doctors, and nurses. The key challenges we faced included:
