Power Apps Solution Architect
Responsibilities
Design solutions using Power Platform stack (model driven apps, canvas apps, Power automate, Power portals, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Common Data Source) to meet business client needs
Involve in all the project phases, from defining new technical architectures, proposing innovative solutions using Power Platform tools to meet business client needs
Serve as a lead to use Microsoft Power Platform with best practices and methodologies at organization level
Create and document API concepts for new build Power Apps solutions
Mentor and guide Power Platform community (professional and ‘citizen’ developers) in the organization
Establish or improve best practices and patterns for development and governance of Power Platform solutions
Document Power Platform concepts for environments based on best practices with emphasis on security aspects
Work in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to the team throughout all agile ceremonies
Facilitating strategy sessions and architecting solutions utilizing various Microsoft cloud technologies (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure)
Work with relevant cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture/Security) to validate the consistency of a solution design with the strategic technology direction and standards
Skills and Experience
Core skills: Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Common Data Service, Connectors), Microsoft 365, .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum development frameworks
Nice to have skills: Microsoft Azure, Scrum
Successful completion of study within the field of computer science, engineering or another relevant course of study
Some design/development experience, which has been specific to the design and delivery of Power Platform applications.
Preferred certifications: Designing/developing business applications with Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong functional knowledge and expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI) with hands-on experience in designing and delivering customer solutions
Proven track record of successfully defining and articulating solutions based on the entire Microsoft Power Platform including integration directly into Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
Extensive experience designing/developing Power Apps (model and canvas driven) with various connectors, including Dataverse/Common Data Service (CDS)
Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
Experience in the use of Azure DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelining
Agile delivery methods experience
Data Architect
Responsibilities
Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.
Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
Educate staff members through training and individual support.
Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Outstanding problem solver.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
