We are a specialist Data, AI and Automation consultancy for operations-led businesses — Manufacturing, FMCG & Packaging, Supply Chain & Logistics, and EPC & Real Estate. We turn fragmented operational data into real-time decisions, built on the Microsoft stack: Fabric, Power BI and the Power Platform. Our operating principle is unify the data, predict with AI, act with automation — in that order.
Who is behind MyData Insights?
Amit Kumar Singh, Technology Consulting Partner, leads the practice from Dubai — 14+ years of hands-on industrial data, AI and automation work, following a path through Accenture and EY to independent practice and, in July 2021, MyData Insights. Engagements are directly accountable to Amit, not handed to juniors.
When was MyData Insights founded and where is it based?
The practice began independently in 2019 and was incorporated as MyData Insights in July 2021. It is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and operates two entities — MyData Insights Pvt Ltd in India and MyData Insights Global Solutions FZCO in Dubai — serving clients across five markets.
Which industries and markets does MyData Insights serve?
Four industries — Manufacturing, FMCG & Packaging, Supply Chain & Logistics, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) & Real Estate — across five markets in priority order: India, the GCC (UAE and Saudi Arabia), Singapore and Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and North America. Industry depth is deliberate; we are not a generalist consultancy.
What is your track record?
50+ clients and 150+ projects delivered across four industries and five markets, with consented references including Hollandia Dairy, Tetra Pak, Entire Travel, Korpack, Calcium Health and Sasquatch Heat Pumps. We quote verified outcome ranges only — for example 5–15% sales uplift and 20–40% stockout reduction — never invented or rounded-up numbers.
What makes MyData Insights different from a large SI or a freelancer?
We are practitioner-led and Microsoft-native — the person who scopes the work is the person who builds it. No junior hand-off, no multi-vendor pyramid, no 18-month programme. Fixed-scope or a monthly retainer, first value in six weeks, and honest about where a platform breaks and where we are not the right fit.
How do you engage — projects or ongoing support?
Two models: fixed-scope projects (a defined deliverable at a fixed price, typically the first slice) and a monthly Fractional Data Consultant or Chief Data Officer retainer for continuous delivery and oversight. Both are directly accountable to Amit.
